The National Council of Jewish Women, Sacramento Section, is happy to feature recipes and stories from our own Heritage Cookbook. We will change the featured recipe and story on a regular basis.

In her forward written for the Heritage Cookbook, Evie Lieb said that "the recipes we have chosen are special to us because we associate them with important people in our personal histories, but they also in large measure reflect our connection to one another through our common Jewish heritage."
