CHILDREN'S CLOTHES

The North Area Crisis Nursery of Sacramento provides a safe haven for children 0 to 5 years old.  Families in crisis who need a temporary place for their children to stay are welcomed to this home-like environment.  Children can stay for just a day or up to 30 days, as needed by their parents.

As part of our outreach community service projects, Cheryl Meyers has generously offered to collect and deliver new and gently used clothes to the Nursery. She will be picking up donations from members’ homes beginning in mid-May.

Please call before dropping off clothing

Cheryl has suggested that you can purchase gently used clothing at a minimal cost from your local thrift shops. (ex. THIS ‘n’ THAT Thrift and Gift, 3257 Folsom Blvd.).  If you have any questions regarding the North Area Crisis Nursery, you can go to their website:
